- To have access to inventory, users must first be enabled. This can be done in the user's profile and then through the users tab in inventory.
- Once enabled, users will need to have specific inventory functions enabled via the "Users" tab in inventory configuration.
Enable Inventory via User Profile
1. Go to “Users & Groups” on the side bar, then locate a user profile to edit or if you are creating a new user, click the “New User” button.

2. Next you will be in the “Add New User” or “Edit User” window, located at the bottom of this window you will see “App permissions”, here you can enable or disable Inventory and Time Tracking.

Note: The default for these features is disabled. You will still need to enable specific inventory functions through the “Users” tab in Inventory Configuration (Ordering, picker, receiver, etc.).
Enable Inventory via Inventory Configuration
1. From the inventory configuration page, select the “Users” tab.

2. This will bring you to a full list of users in your system, you can search by Name or Employee ID, use the toggles to enable inventory features for each user. Hovering over the toggle will tell you what it is for.

Inventory ordering: Allows the user to order inventory.

Picker: Allows users to pick inventory, they will be able to fulfill an inventory order.

Receiver: Allows users to restock inventory levels, they can increase the total number of units on hand when added to stock.

- Only inventory: Users only have access to inventory on Mobile, they will not see any other icons such as Forms, New Form, Documents, etc.
