- On the order management tab of the inventory page, you can view and manage all orders in the system. Here you can accept, reject, or add orders to the backorder list. You can also assign pickers, add comments, or change delivery status!
- NOTE: Desktop is not required to fulfill orders, inventory users can place orders and fulfill them via mobile device using the app. You can go in and override orders or fulfill them from the web.
- On this page you will find a list of all active orders, with their pending or delivered status.
Interacting with Orders on Web
- To view or edit an order, click on the action dots to the right of the applicable order, then click "View/Edit".
- In the "View/Edit" screen, you can accept, reject, or place an item on backorder.
- You can also select a picker for the order or check the box to the left of the picker dropdown to signify this item is fulfilled by a third party outside of your account.
- By clicking the action dots to the right of the item, you can update the status of the order, add comments, or view the comments.
- In the backorder tab, you can view any items that have been fully or partially backordered. Here you can accept or reject them.
