Create a Timecard - Desktop

1. Managers and Admins can create timecards via desktop, for themselves and others. Employees will not have access to the Time Tracking feature on desktop.

2. Click the “Time Tracking” tab on the sidebar.

3. This will open the “Create Timecard” window, here you will need to select the date, Group(s), and User(s). Once all the info has been completed, click “Proceed”.

  • Check each applicable user and group, then click the “>” button to move users and groups into the selected boxes.


4. Next you will need to select the Classification (required), Cost Code (required), Time Type, Start & End time (required), Lunch time, Group (required), check as billable or not billable, and select Billing To (required if billable). Once complete, click the save button. You will need to perform this for each user selected in the previous step or you can perform a bulk work entry.

  • Add Work Entry – Allows you to create another time entry for a user. 

5. To perform a bulk work entry, click the “Create Bulk Work Entry” button in the upper right-hand corner.

  • This process will be the same as step 4, except it will be applied to all users selected in step 3.
