Whats NEW! - Documents in Forms

You may be familiar with our “Start a Form from Documents” feature. We’re excited to share that it’s getting even better! Soon, you’ll be able to start a form the usual way and easily pull in files as you go - no need to begin from the documents section anymore.

You can still use the old "Start a Form from Documents" - https://safetyloop.tawk.help/article/start-a-form-from-document 

• Form templates must have the document widget selected in them to use this functionality, if it is already in a template it will need to be updated by reselecting it!

1. Users will start a new form from their "New Form" list as usual. 

2. When they come to the new documents question, they will click into the dropdown.

3. This will open a dropdown of all the documents you've made available for that form template! 

4. Select the documents you would like to add to the form, then click "Save" and they will now be available to review within the form and save as a link in the PDF view!

• You can even make them the title tag in your completed forms list!
