  • Completing a Form from Documents is a bit different than the typical form. The only difference is the user must navigate to “DOCUMENTS” not “NEW FORM”.

1. From the SafetyLoop App homepage, click “DOCUMENTS”.

2. Locate your desired PDF, depending on the file/folder system your administrator has setup, you may need to click into some folders first. Once you have located your desired PDF, click the action dots to the right of it.

3. The document menu will appear, click the “Start a Form from Document”.

4. Select the form type and group/project you would like to complete the form for.

5. Once you have selected the template and group, click the “Start Form” button.

  • Note: Only templates that your admin has enabled documents will appear in the template list.

  • Note: Only groups that you and the form are assigned to will appear in the groups list.

6. Once you have reached the question with Documents enabled, you will see the “Open Document” button. Click it to view the PDF.

7. View and review the PDF you selected from documents and click the cancel button when you’re done.

8. Finish the rest of the form as you typically would, the selected document will be connected to the completed form via link.
