Asset Maintenance has received a major upgrade! Easily schedule recurring maintenance, create and manage work orders, track deficiencies, complete services from both web and mobile, and keep a complete maintenance history for every asset. New dashboard views make it easy to stay on top of overdue maintenance, open issues, and asset performance—all from one place.
We've also streamlined deficiency management. Configure inspection forms to automatically create an open deficiency whenever a specified response is selected (such as "Not OK"). Each deficiency is linked directly to the associated asset, allowing you to track, assign, and resolve issues while maintaining a complete history of inspections, repairs, and maintenance for every piece of equipment.
