Training Topics make up the dropdown list of available topics for users when creating a record of training. Topics need to be created before a user can upload that specific training.
1. From the SafetyLoop main page, click "Training" then click "Records of Training" from the sidebar.

2. You are now on your main Records of Training page, this contains the full of all records you have in your account. Click the "Configuration" tab at the top of the page.

3. You are now on your training topics page! To add a new topic, click the "Add Topics" button.

4. This will open your Add Topics window,

- Add a Training Topic Title
- Description (If applicable - This only shows in the Training Topic List)
- Link Topics (If applicable)
- Ex: If you link WHMIS with WHMIS Refresher, when you filter for WHMIS or WHMIS Refresher in your main Records of Training list, you will get both topics filtered.
- Set an expiration period (If applicable)
- This pre-populates the expiry date based on your chosen period after a user inputs the completion date.
5. Once complete, click the "Create" button!
Archiving Topic
- To archive a template type, you can click the "Archive" icon to the right of the type.

- OR you can archive multiple at once by checking them, then clicking the archive button that shows up above the table.

Editing a Topic
- To edit, simply click the edit icon to the right of the applicable topic. This will open the same window you see when creating a new topic!

NOTE: Changes made in edit and archive will not change existing records that have already been inputted.
